Our Standard Specifications are second to none. We use 2 x 6 exterior wall studs, 16" on center as a standard in all our homes. This allows for increased insulation value and energy efficiency. It also gives our homes added strength and rigidity, a must when transporting the home down the highway. In addition, these thicker walls give a nice interior finish to the home with deep ledges on the window sills.

We can build much wider homes than our competitors. We can build 28', 32' and 36' wide homes and we can build our 20' Cottage Series with NO marriage wall! Beracah is able to build wider because we ship all our homes with police escorts allowing for "Super Load" shipping widths.
